AssociationForce Document Repository acts just like any other document library. It helps members add, view, manage and search different documents present within the site. You can password protect documents that are only available to certain members or group/Members. You can narrow down the search by Title, Topic, Source, Author and Dates.

Deposit any Format Document
AssociationForce allows you to deposit any kind of document format to be uploaded like .doc, .pdf, .xls, etc. It allows you to do Multiple Document uploading and downloading option thus allowing you to generate a dynamic Content Library. Upload any type of file and size.
Time your Content display
A selected document can dynamically appear on the home page based on the ‘preset dates’. Document will expire based on preset dates. This is one of the best feature for any organization where the site manager does not have to worry about removing any obsolete content from the website.
Searchable
The Document Repository is fully searchable. Search Content Library with full document Taxonomy. Search for content with the help of document name. It also allows the member to search for content with the help of key words, which will make the search extremely easy.
Track Document Hits
AssociationForce allows its members the ability to track document reads for content ratings. This feature is available to regular members only where the Member needs to login to view the document area. It also displays the Author information of documents.
