Our client is a nonprofit, national organization designed to assist its members in identifying and solving the problems involved in automating the corporate tax functions. It is a forum for sharing information about tax systems within the corporate tax environment. They provide information regarding automation solutions for tax environment. They accomplish this by publishing newsletters, sponsoring conferences throughout the year, and providing a forum for their members to meet fellow corporate tax professionals to exchange information on automation needs. Our client was in need to upgrade their ‘website with comprehensive association management software’ with an ability to add Corporations as members besides individual members.

AssociationForce implemented the following modules for this association: Comprehensive online Member Registration which allowed them to register corporation as a member within which a designated primary contact can add as many individual members as possible under that corporation, Member Directory, Online Membership Renewals and Dues Collection, Web Content Management integrated with WYSWYG editor, Online Event Management and Registrations, Job Bank, Forum, Archives, Content Library, Renewals Campaign Management, Bulletin Boards and Surveys.

The AssociationForce website Architecture is flexible and very scalable. It is based on Microsoft .Net platform. This allows it to be highly portable. AssociationForce is completely based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) which makes it highly scalable, composite and modular that results in a highly manageable and reliable architecture.

The support team provided releases of all software applications accompanied by User Guides for our customer’s internal use.
